Looking for Employees?

Looking for employees? Saint Louis University and the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis are partnering to sponsor a career fair to help ex-offenders find work. The "Partnership for Success Career Fair" is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., April 10th, at SLU's Chaifetz Arena, 1 N. Compton Ave. HRMA St. Louis will be at the fair to review resumes - mark your calendar and plan to attend.
Also partnering on the career fair are St. Louis Agency on Training and Employment (SLATE), Ferguson 1000, U.S. Probation Office, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Missouri Department of Corrections. The fair will be the first of its kind in a decade and comes at a time when community leaders are trying to curb crime in the region. Research shows that employed ex-offenders are less likely to be repeat offenders.
