Colleen Starkloff Talks Disability
When you approach disability hiring, do you only try to accomplish what the ADA requires or do you try to find out what makes a new employee with a disability feel welcome, supported and empowered to do a great job for your company? Come learn about how to go beyond requirements, all the way to true inclusion. Bring your questions and engage in a transparent dialogue about how to best increase your company's disability diversity and inclusion.
This session has been approved for 1.25 hours of SHRM and HRCI Certification Credit.
