Is your company asking any of the following questions to maximize the benefits of your offerings?
- What type of retirement plan do we need for our small company, family-owned business or public corporation?
- Are there savings options beyong a 401(k) plan? What are other savings vehicles that could or will be beneficial during retirement?
- How do we engage employees and equip them for successful outcomes?
- How can you best leverage retirement options as a recruitment tool in the gig economy (i.e. contractors)?
- As a plan sponsor, what are your fiduciary responsibilities including what you need to consider when taking on roles such as admin, trustee, committees, outside resources, etc.?
