Sr Human Resources Consultant
As a Human Resource Consultant, you'll support a team of Progressive professionals while encouraging a high-performance culture. In this role, you'll consult with leadership and employees on all aspects of employee relations and professional development. As a key member of our HR organization, you'll help us maintain an environment of inclusivity for all employees.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consults with managers/employees on all aspects of employee relations and talent mgmt. under direct supervision
  • Supports managers on business problems and issues
  • Uses organizational resources to learn the business and operational functions
  • Keeps current and apply new policies, practices, and government regulations in the field of HR
  • Coaches employees to create a high performance culture
  • Provide data/analyzes reports of employee data including:  turnover statistics, attendance tracking, compensation data, performance mgmt.,
  • May participate in HR projects/ initiatives
  • Evening/night hours may be required
  • Frequent travel

Requirements
Must have qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-8+ years related professional experience in Human Resources or project management
  • Instead of a degree, 8-10+ years of related professional experience in Human Resources or project management
